This section will help you to calculate how much child maintenance is likely to be due. Please note that this web site can only give you a rough guide to how much you may be asked to pay or might expect to receive. There are a number of exceptions to the general rules which are covered here, these include non-resident parent's income greater than £2000 per week, non-resident parents who receive a benefit, cases where maintenance will be shared between two or more parents with care and variations for exceptional circumstances.
